The minimalistic and voluminous universe of artist Tove Storch is a complex one. The artist through her installations, explores the relation among space, texture, volume and materials. This is why she combines delicate fabrics, juxtaposed with rough materials in her sculptures, presented in an overall minimalistic environment of dreamy shades of blue.

Through the images of the work by Danish artist Tove Storch and the words of S.M.A.K. curator Thomas Caron, whose conversation with Storch is scattered throughout the book, this publication introduces the reader into a minimalist universe made of metal structures mixed with delicate materials such as silk and paper, and informed by dualistic relationships between strength and fragility.
